About Sue Weems

Sue Weems is a certified book coach, writer, editor, and ghostwriter with a proven track record of helping people finish their books.

She’s been a freelance writer for the last twenty years, with powerful storytelling at the heart of her portfolio. She’s written for regional, national, and international organizations, including most recently the South Carolina Council on the Holocaust (First Person Stories of the Holocaust series, 2023). In 2017, she began her ghostwriting career as a co-ghostwriter for a NYT bestselling author. Since then, she’s written for and with academics and nonprofit directors, busy corporate executives, entrepreneurs and fiction writers to craft books that have been picked up by Top 5 publishers.

Her nonfiction specialization includes memoir, business, leadership, self-help/how-to, travel, and educational interest. In fiction, she specializes in mystery, thriller, horror, romance, literary fiction, middle grade, and children’s books.

Sue has an MA in English from the University of California, Irvine and is an award-winning instructor. She currently lives in South Carolina with her family and an impossibly tall pile of books to read.

Yes! All the lessons will be recorded, so if you can’t make it live, make sure to sign up for the paid course to watch the recordings.

What if don't live in the United States?

This course is open to all authors and aspiring authors, whether in the United States, Europe, Australia, India, or elsewhere. If you want to write a book, this course is for you. Keep in mind that you’ll gather live on Zoom several times a month with your mastermind cohort, and let us know in your application which of our available time slots works best for you.

When do the payments for the membership end?

Do the classes include individualized feedback?
