Alicya is an excellent coach/mentor. She was available and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of creating a plan. Her insights told me a lot about my work in progress that I had not actually realized. Her analysis included references I can use. I didn't always agree with her suggestions, but they were intelligent and helpful in helping me define my work in progress. I would love to work with her again.
